MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT,IRELAND
New build office, residential and retail facilties scheme for a developer in Ireland.
The scheme is located in the site of an old botanical garden, amidst a dense urban residential area.
It is organised as a city within the city, with retail and public spaces occupying the street and lower levels and the apartment levels located above.
In the residential levels, huge green terraces are created to maximise green amenities helping to create a new green skyline for the city.
In this project I was responsible for the coordination and design of apartments for a 17-storey building.
